งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาถึงอิทธิพลของลักษณะโครงสร้างการถือหุ้นต่อคุณภาพกาไรของบริษัทจดทะเบียนในตลาดหลักทรัพย์แห่งประเทศไทยดัชนี SET100 ในระหว่างปี พ.ศ. 2560 - 2562โดยใช้การวัดคุณภาพกาไรด้วยรายการคงค้างที่ขึ้นอยู่กับดุลยพินิจของฝ่ายบริหารตามแบบจาลองของModified Jones Model (1995) ผลการวิจัยพบว่าลักษณะของโครงสร้างการถือหุ้นทัง้ โดยผู้ลงทุนสถาบันและโดยผู้ถือหุ้นรายใหญ่ต่างก็มีอิทธิพลเชิงบวกต่อคุณภาพกาไรอย่างมีนัยสาคัญทางสถิติ ซึ่งหมายความว่าบริษัทที่มีสัดส่วนการถือหุ้นโดยผู้ลงทุนสถาบันและโดยผู้ถือหุ้นรายใหญ่ที่เพมิ่ ขึ้นจะทาให้คุณภาพกาไรของบริษัทจดทะเบียนในตลาดหลักทรัพย์แห่งประเทศไทยเพมิ่ ขึ้นด้วย.

The objectives of this research were to study the influence of ownership structures on earnings quality of listed companies in the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET100 index constituents) covering the year 2017-2019. This research used the discretionary accruals as a proxy for earning quality and adopted Modified Jones Model (1995). The empirical study found that the ownership structures by institutional and by blockholder had statistical significance and effect positively toward on earnings quality of listed companies in the Stock Exchange of Thailand.
