摘要

行政院環境保護署自民國92年起執行之毒性化學物質災害防救技術支援體系建置計畫，並自民國95年起委託民間機構成立北、中、南部共計7個毒災應變隊，執行24小時全年無休執勤輪值。民國103年毒災應變隊更名為環境事故專業技術小組，民國105年成立毒物及化學物質局，環境事故專業技術小組隨業務移撥，持續強化專業訓練軟硬體設施，落實毒性化學物質業界聯防組織運作。

The Environmental Protection Administration (EPA) of the Executive Yuan, Taiwan had implemented the toxic chemical substance disaster prevention and technical support system construction plan implemented since the 2003. The EPA had commissioned civil organizations since 2006 to set up 7 Toxic Disaster Response Teams (TDRTs) in Northern, Central, and Southern Taiwan. The TDRT was renamed as Environmental Incidents Specialist Teams (EISTs) in 2014. The Toxic and Chemical Substances Bureau (TCSB) was established in 2016 and EISTs were also transferred to the TCSB. The EISTs continue to strengthen professional training, and advanced the cooperation with factories using toxic and chemical substances.
