The fire department in town other than the six special municipalities has been transformed into small specialized first-aider teams. Our first aider team strives to break away from the old mentality of "Only do simple thing" and uses our practical experience to summarize our tips, teaching you how to stand out in a relatively low resource situation, gain the recognition of the people, and work together to improve the quality of first aid service. First, we recruited first aiders who are interested in working with us to improve their skills to a level of stability by conducting "first aider instructor" training. After 2 rounds of training, an EMTP instructor will lead 5 excellent assistant instructors to perform specialized duties for first aid unit by unit. By visiting first aid training institutes and first aid teams in other cities and counties, we are able to improve our concepts in the field of retraining and quality control. At the same time, the "EMS Instructor Exchange in Yun-Jia-Jia" was held together with neighboring counties to share experiences and consolidate friendships. Our first aid team has been interviewed by the news media, and we have promoted our creative ideas through social media platforms to attract the attention of our peers and the public. After accumulating enough first aid capacity, we actively participated in various first aid competitions and won many good results in the MCPR competition and the First MCI Major Injury Competition, which were highly recognized by our supervisors. Since then, our reputation has spread far and wide and we are on our way to success. We lead the team with trust, allowing each member to bring out the best in themselves by working together. In 2022, our team was awarded by the Fire Department for our outstanding performance in "OHCA Rescue" and "Pre-Hospital EKG".
