AI影像辨識系統應用購物成效探討

摘要


研究背景:在人工智慧的應用中,隨著時代的演進與科技日趨進步下,近期影像辨識領域的應用突飛猛進,如監視系統透過網路回傳影像,並再以影像辨識的演算法,自動辨識出管理需求的應用。研究目的:1.分析AI影像辨識系統在整合科技接受模式的效益。2.探討AI影像辨識系統安全性對使用意圖的影響性。3.探討使用意圖對於使用行為的影響性。研究方法:1.研究設計:採取整合型科技接受模式(UTAUT),以八個模型進行整合出四個主要構面:預期績效、預期付出、社群影響、配合情況,與四個干擾變數:性別、年齡、經驗、自願性,作為AI影像掃描之使用的成效分析。2.研究的對象:年齡分佈區間設定為:20-65歲,職業與受訪角色分佈為:經營者、管理者及僱員等,進行調查與分析討論。3.研究工具:採用質性研究之深度訪談法。研究結果:藉由問卷調查,採用半結構深度訪談大綱擬定準則,了解購物者對賣場中之條碼掃描辨識系統平台的操作流程以及介面呈現效果的評價,以說明AI影像辨識系統平台之數位和實體結合,更能符合使用者需求與達到服務。研究結論:驗證影像辨識系統平台之數位和實體結合,是否能符合使用者需求與達到服務,及供教育相關單位未來研究之參考。

Background: In the application of artificial intelligence, with the evolution of the times and the progress of technology, the application of image recognition has made rapid progress recently. For example, the monitoring system sends back images through the network, and then automatically identifies the application of management requirements with image recognition algorithm. Purpose: 1. Analyze the benefits of AI image recognition system in integrating technology acceptance mode. 2. Discuss the influence of the security of AI image recognition system on the use intention. 3. Discuss the influence of use intention on use behavior. Methods: 1.Research design: adopt the integrated technology acceptance model (UTAUT), and integrate four main dimensions with eight models: expected performance, expected pay, community impact, cooperation, and four interference variables: gender, age, experience, and voluntariness, as the effectiveness analysis of the use of AI image scanning. 2. Subjects of the study: The age distribution range is set as 20-65 years old, and the occupation and role distribution of the interviewee are as follows: managers, managers, employees, etc., for investigation, analysis and discussion. 3. Research tool: in-depth interview method of qualitative research. Results: Through the questionnaire survey, the semi-structured in-depth interview outline was adopted to draw up the guidelines to understand the shoppers' evaluation of the operation process and the interface presentation effect of the barcode scanning and identification system platform in the shopping mall, so as to illustrate that the digital and physical combination of the AI image recognition system platform can better meet the needs of users and achieve services. Conclusions: To verify whether the digital and physical combination of the image recognition system platform can meet the needs of users and reach the service, and provide reference for future research of relevant educational institutions.
