摘要


研究動機:在學校裡中午時刻為熱門用餐時段,加上大量學生排隊購買餐點,導致店家時常忙不過來供不應求。以傳統排隊結帳方式,對於店家及學生常有以下問題:「短時間造成餐廳擁擠、學生等待時間變長造成舒適度、耐心度及購買意願下降,減少對學餐用餐次數」。研究目的:現在的生活中,手機必定是每個人必備的生活用品,所以本研究希望用簡易操作和改善現況的APP來解決問題。當學生需要點餐時,只需要將APP點開傳送訂單,就可提前製作餐點無須現場排隊。研究方法:本研究使用Android Studio架設APP,客戶點餐和訂購人資訊以及店家收單資訊,前端皆以Android Studio呈現,並將這些資訊傳送到MySQL資料庫整合。MySQL資料庫則是藉由XAMPP的Apache應用程式伺服器,建立連線,並用Android系統手機進行測試。研究結果:Android系統手機,顧客端能訂購資訊傳給店家端,店家端也能將餐點進度資訊回傳給顧客,能使用在不同Android系統手機上。研究結論:學餐雖然品項製作迅速,也不會過於複雜,但遇到一次性的大量訂單,過久的等待時間,可能造成學生客群流失,成為學餐業者的損失。利用Android Studio設計的點餐APP,提早訂購餐點,無須等待排隊時間,提高學生的購買意願。除了解決學餐一次性大量訂單的問題,也有機會製作更完善的系統,增加更多廠商或配合學校宣傳校務,都能促進學生更依賴使用此APP,也能幫助學校和學生有更密切關連。

Background: When heated lunchtime comes around at school, a long line of students forms to purchase food, making the shop frequently too busy to handle the demand. With the traditional way of queuing and checkout, the following problems often arise for the shopkeepers and students: "The short time causes the restaurant to be crowded, and the students' waiting time becomes longer, resulting in the decline of comfort, patience, and willingness to buy, and reducing the number of school meals." Purpose: Mobile phone is an everyday necessity for everyone in modern society, so this research aims to address the issue with a straightforward and improved APP. Students can prepare dinners in preparation without waiting in line by simply opening the APP when they need to place an order for food. Methods: Android Studio is used in this research to build up the application, client ordering and ordering information, and keep receipt data. It is also used as the front end, and data is sent to the MySQL database for interaction. MySQL database is built online through the Apache application server of XAMPP, and the function test is carried out with the Android system phone. Results: For Android system phones, the customer can transmit purchasing information to the shop, and the store can send meal progress information back to the customer, which can be used on various Android system phones. Conclusions: Although the products are produced swiftly and are not overly complicated, a high number of one-time orders and excessively lengthy wait times may drive away student customers and result in the students' loss. By placing orders ahead of time and skipping the line, using the purchasing software created by Android Studio can increase students' propensity to spend money. In addition to solving the problem of a large number of one-time orders for school meals, there is also an opportunity to make a more complete system, add more manufacturers or cooperate with the school to promote school affairs, which can promote students to rely more on the use of this APP, and also help the school and students have a closer relationship.
