冷藏開放式展示櫃設計參數分析及改善建議

The Design Parametric Analysis and Improvement Suggestions for Open Refrigerated Display Cabinet

摘要


為提升我國冷藏開放櫃之溫度表現與降低所需能耗,本研究蒐集美國及澳洲冷櫃能效分析與改善建議報告,亦蒐集歐洲、美國、日本、中國與國內各廠商合計471台開放式冷櫃之設計資訊,針對冷櫃各設計參數進行分析。國際上冷櫃隔熱材厚度落在30-60mm區間,國內採用之厚度為38-48mm,厚度應足以應付熱隔絕需求。國內冷櫃內外氣簾合計寬度與中國產品相仿,但仍有兩側溫度偏高之情形,除了提高氣簾風量外,另外可仿效歐美部分廠商於背板兩側位置作局部開孔加密,以避免外氣經左右兩側捲入櫃內。冷媒使用方面,歐洲因有政策規定,現已均普遍採用R290、R744等自然冷媒;美國多採用R744;而日本、中國仍停留於R404A等HFC冷媒之使用,國內亦以HFC冷媒為主。

To improve the temperature performance and power consumption of open refrigerated display cabinet (ORDC), of which the design parametric analysis and improvement suggestion are discussed in this study. Also, totally 471 ORDC-related data collected from 28 manufacturers in Europe, U. S., Japan, and China are classified to figure out the design trends. Three parts of the ORDC are studied (e.g. the thickness of insulation material, the distribution of air flow inside cabinets, and the location of evaporator), then summarized as references or suggestions for developing high performance domestic ORDC.
