冰水主機性能見證測試的探討

摘要


冰水主機為中央空調系統中最主要的一個大型耗能設備,體積與重量龐大,搬運不易,須賴以吊掛作業及多方面措施配合,始能將完成設備於製造廠所屬實驗室進行性能測試作業。透過性能測試,能取得之製冷能力及能源效率相關數據,為選用冰水主機的重要參考資訊。本文即針對以第三公正單位立場,至國內外冰水主機製造廠所附屬之性能測試實驗室進行見證測試(Witness test)實務工作,以粗淺的方式說明介紹,用來驗證冰水主機之能力與效率。期第三公正單位能以方便和經濟的方式在製造廠所附屬的實驗室完成相關測試要求,對冰水主機能力要求及效率管制之工作及驗收工作之進行有所助益,滿足業主及委託單位的需求。

Chiller is the major energy-consuming equipment of central air-conditioning system. Since its volume and weight is huge, it is not easy to move and setup. Therefore, it must be setup and then to be tested in laboratory by hanging operations and other equipment. Through performance test, it shows the cooling capacity, efficiency and some dependent data, which are the important factor to decide which chiller would be used. Based on the third fair unit, it assigns representative to do the witness test in the laboratories in chiller manufacturing companies. . The method is easily and roughly described, and then it is used to verify chiller capacity and efficiency. We hope the third fair unit can complete the relevant test in these laboratories by convenient and economical manners. This will not only benefit the test of chiller capacity、performance and energy efficiency control, but also meet the needs of users and entrusted units.
