變頻離心式壓縮機之擴壓流道寬度對部分負載性能之影響

摘要


本研究探討離心式冷媒壓縮機擴壓器流道之寬度對部分負載性能之影響,以具無葉擴壓器之單級壓縮機為基礎,設計寬度調節機構以調整不同負載下擴壓器之寬度,驗證其可行性,並擴展至二級離心式冷媒壓縮機設計分析,以數值模擬的方式探討改變二級離心式冷媒壓縮機擴壓器寬度對喘震流量及部分負載性能之影響。本研究使用計算流體力學(CFD)採Spalart-Allmaras紊流模式進行模擬,其中各參數之設計已於單級磁浮離心式壓縮機中獲得驗證,本文亦將列舉部分案例做為佐證。

This study investigates the effects of diffuser widths of centrifugal refrigerant compressors on part load performance. It starts from one-stage compressor with vanless diffuser to two-stage compressor. For two-stage centrifugal compressor, the first stage has low solidity vaned diffusers (LSD), while the second stage has a vaneless diffuser. The Spalart-Allmaras analysis model is used in CFD simulation, and the key parameters has been verified in a single-stage maglev centrifugal compressor. The analysis results show that reducing the vaneless diffuser width can lower the surge flow rate. This study will also list some one-stage compressor cases as evidence.
