摘要


本文針對使用磁浮與氣浮軸承之無油鼓風機包含進行既有技術分析。首先對磁浮及氣浮鼓風機的基本結構及操作原理進行介紹,再進一步分析應用於無油鼓風機之各分項技術,包含軸承機械系統、葉輪之流力與固力分析及製造方法、噪音及振動防治技術、高速馬達、變頻器及控制系統等技術進行分析及比較。

This report is to investigate the technologies of oil -free blowers. First, basic structures and working principles of magnetic bearing and air-foil bearing blowers are summarized. Then the specific technologies used in oil-free blowers are analyzed and compared, including mechanical and control systems of bearings, fluid and solid mechanics, and manufacturing methods of impellers, noise and vibration control technologies, high speed motor, inverter and control system.
