熱電晶片應用在墨西哥鈍口螈生態的溫度控制

The Temperature Control for Axolotl Living Environment with Thermoelectric Cooling Chip

摘要


墨西哥鈍口螈是一種瀕臨絕種的兩棲類生物,國際自然保護聯盟列已將其列入為紅色名錄,因其稀有的生物特性有研究的價值,所以如何繁殖與照顧值得去關注。墨西哥鈍口螈生活環境的適合溫度在攝氏12℃至20℃,台灣的氣候太熱,所以有調節水族箱水溫的需要。因此本文將水族箱的水通過熱電晶片制冷再回到水族箱降溫,利用嵌入式控制器MyRIO及脈波調變技術來控制使水族箱的水溫達到墨西哥鈍口螈生活適合的水溫。結果顯示,透過比例積分回授控制,在室內溫度27℃的環境溫度下,水族箱的水溫可穩定的維持在17±1℃。

The axolotl is an endangered amphibian which is listed critically endangered species by the international union for conservation of nature (IUCN). Because of its rare characteristic in biology, Axolotl is used in scientific research, how to breed it is worthy to study. The suitable temperature for the axolotl living environment is 14℃to 20℃, but it is too hot in Taiwan. This is a necessary to temperature control of aquarium for the Axolotl. In this article, the water in aquarium is circuited through a thermoelectric chip for cooling. An embedded controller, MyRIO, is used to control the water temperature to the appropriate value for axolotl with pulse width modulation (PWM) technology. As result showing, the water temperature of the aquarium can be maintained at 17±1℃ at an indoor temperature of 27℃ by the proportional-integral feedback control.
