我國除濕機能源效率管理研究

Study on Energy Efficiency Management of Dehumidifiers in Taiwan

摘要


在國內外節能減碳的潮流與趨勢下,我國政府明確制定一系列能源效率管理政策,包含強制性容許耗用能源基準、強制性能源效率分級標示與自願性節能標章制度。現行除濕機容許耗用能源基準和分級標示基準在106年修訂公告並於107年起實施,已超過5年未修正,同時在節能電器退還減徵貨物稅政策之激勵下,除濕機1級能效機種市占率大幅提升,為保有分級標示之鑑別度同時持續引導廠商研發高能源效率產品,有必要再次修訂提升能源效率基準。本文主要探討除濕機能源效率基準修訂之方案,包含市場銷售資訊、除濕機測試方法介紹、國際能源效率管理納管情形和制度分析以及能源效率基準訂定之相關細節。

Under the trend of energy conservation and carbon reduction, the Taiwanese government has clearly defined a series of energy efficiency management policies, such as the Minimum Energy Performance Standard (MEPS), Energy Efficiency Grading Labeling, and Energy Conservation Labeling. The energy efficiency standards for dehumidifiers were revised and implemented from 2018, and it has been more than five years without further updates. Meanwhile, with the promotion of Refunding Reduced Commodity Tax Amount in Purchasing Eco-Friendly Appliances policy, the market share of dehumidifiers with the highest energy efficiency rating has significantly increased, it is necessary to revise and enhance the energy efficiency standards. This article mainly discusses the draft proposal of energy efficiency standards for dehumidifiers, including market sales information, an introduction to testing methods, analysis of international energy efficiency management systems, and related details of energy efficiency standards.
