摘要


冰水機為中央空調系統中最主要的耗能設備,須賴建置於製造廠或第三公正單位所屬之實驗室進行性能測試,始能取得製冷能力及能源效率相關數據。性能透過儀器設備進行量測,故儀器設備良窳與校正將直接影響量測結果。本文即針對冰水機測試實驗室儀器設備及校正實務工作,以粗淺的方式說明介紹。期望對於第三公正單位或製造廠所附屬的實驗室相關品保及測試作業人員,對於冰水機測試實驗室儀器設備及校正實務工作之進行有所助益,維護測試實驗室之量測品質及測試需求,以符合相關標準或評鑑單位要求。

Chiller is the major energy consuming equipment of central air-conditioning system. The performance must be proved in laboratory built in the manufacturing plant or the third impartial unit, and then the capacity and efficiency can be obtained. Since the performance is measured by equipment, the instrument equipment and its calibration will affect the results directly. This article describes the necessary of equipment and its calibration for chiller performance test laboratory by simple and brief description. It is expected to be helpful for the third impartial unit and quality assurance staff and testers. Besides, it is useful for maintaining the measurement quality and testing requirements of the test laboratory. Then, it can meet the requirements of relevant standards or assessment units.
