全球離岸風電現況與展望
Current status and outlook of global offshore wind power
摘要
隨著全球綠色能源的受到重視，離岸風電崛起於新興能源市場，台灣由於具有全球首屈一指的海上風能，在政府的極力推動之下，離岸風電成為最熱門的新創能源產業，預計在2025年完成5.5GW的累積安裝量，總投資金額高達1兆元（新台幣）。本文目的在於介紹分析世界各國離岸風電的發展狀況與政策，包括歐洲主要國家、中國、日本、台灣、南韓、美國等，希望藉由這些先進國家的開發經驗有助於台灣離岸風電市場暨產業的開發與成長。

With the global green energy being emphasized, offshore wind power has risen in the emerging energy market. Taiwan has the leading offshore wind energy potential in the world. Under the strong push and promotion of the government, offshore wind power has become Taiwan's hottest and innovative energy industry. The cumulative installation of 5.5GW is targeted for 2025, with a total investment of 1 trillion NTD. The purpose of this article is to analyze the development current status and policies of offshore wind power in the world, including the major European countries, China, Japan, Taiwan, South Korea, and the United States. It is hoped that the development experiences of these advanced countries will help the development and growth of offshore wind power market and industry of Taiwan.
