本文將超大規模數據中心，在執行不同類型專案，例如：新建（New Build）、改善更新（Retrofit），與不同階段，例如:綜合規劃（Master Plan）、可行性／施工性評估（Feasibility/Constructability）、概念／基本設計（SD/BD）、細部設計（DD）、施工建置（Construction/Implementation）、營運維修（O&M）等之作業，綜整成超大規模數據中心之定義、趨勢與挑戰、選址與規劃、設計、建造及運維重點，以期建立清晰之架構，有助於各階段執行作業之參考。
