本論文主要在研究如何使用生成式AI(GPT-AI)輔助寫作,讓研究人員的知識得以更有效率地傳播,研究人員可以更專注在研究工作上做該做的研究工作,把整理成果報告的事交給AI助手來輔助完成。本研究首先確立寫作的真正意義和價值,接著建立寫作的正確流程,也就是從結果與討論開始延伸到整體論文的寫作流程;從先完成論文大綱再依據論文大綱填入相關內容;從放置研究成果資料相關圖片再看圖說明結果意義等寫作流程與技巧,再輔助使用生成式AI做圖片意義說明、論文內容輔助撰寫、文獻摘要閱讀與撰寫等,快速且有效的完成論文初稿,最後再進行人工專業潤稿。此過程大約可省下70%的傳統寫作時間,換句話說,研究人員可以增加大約70%寫作時間來做研究。
This paper primarily investigates the use of generative AI (GPT-AI) in assisting writing, aiming to enhance the efficiency of knowledge dissemination among researchers. By leveraging AI assistance, researchers can focus more on their core research tasks while delegating the organization and reporting of findings to AI tools. The study first establishes the true meaning and value of writing, followed by the creation of a proper writing workflow. This workflow starts from the results and discussion sections and extends to the overall paper writing process. It involves drafting an outline and filling in relevant content based on the outline, placing images related to research findings, and explaining the significance of these images. AI tools assist in describing the images, drafting paper content, reading and summarizing literature, and quickly and effectively completing the initial draft of the paper. Finally, professional human editing is conducted. This process can save approximately 70% of the traditional writing time, meaning that researchers can allocate around 70% more time for their research work.
