本研究採用參與式行動研究,研究者包括了學術研究者與實務教學者。研究對象為研究團隊成員任教之公立幼兒園大班幼兒,為了增進幼兒在體能學習上的成效,本研究規劃以自編之「運動遊戲課程方案」做為行動策略,以提升幼兒的基本動作技能作為行動研究目的。本研究結論,包括:1. 應用情境模式規劃體能遊戲活動,以營造生動有趣的學習氛圍與動力;2. 提供楷模學習對象,以提升幼兒肢體動作準確性與同儕互助能力;3. 搭建幼兒體能的個別鷹架,有助於自我覺察與整體發展之催化效度;4. 藉由規劃體能遊戲課程方案,可以提升幼兒多項基本動作技能。此外,本研究建議教育主管機關可以編制體能活動相關檢核工具,以協助相關實務運作;擴展幼兒體能遊戲的研究對象與方法,以充實相關研究成果。
This study adopts participatory action research, and the researchers include academic researchers and practical educators. The object of this study is the class in the public preschool taught by the researcher. The researcher used the self-made "physical play curriculum program " as the action strategy. The purpose of this study is to improve children's fundamental movement abilities. There are four conclusions in this study.1. Applying situational model to physical play activities can create vivid and interesting learning motivation and atmosphere. 2. Providing model learning objects can improve the accuracy of children's body movements and their mutual assistance ability. 3. Building individual scaffolding of children's physical fitness helps to improve the catalytic validity of self-awareness and overall development. 4. By planning the physical play curriculum, children can improve a number of fundamental movement abilities. In addition, this study suggests that education authorities can develop physical activity related inspection tools to assist the relevant practical operation. Future research can expand the research objects and methods of children's physical games to enrich relevant research results.
