民办高校教师激励机制优化路径研究

摘要


民办高校作为普通高等教育的重要构成部分,在教育事业发展中的作用不言而喻。然而由于民办高校“类事业单位”和“类企业”的双重身份,不仅没有给民办高校在竞争中带来优势,反而处于一种“两不沾”尴尬的地位,因此民办高校要想在同公办高校和企业的人才竞争中处于优势地位,建立一套基于民办高校实际的激励机制,便成为当务之急。有效的激励机制不仅能够激励、留住优秀人才,从而促进教育质量的提升;而且从长远来看,也有利于民办高校的可持续发展。

However, due to the dual identity of "class institution" and "class enterprise", private colleges and universities not only do not bring advantages in the competition, but put private colleges and universities in an awkward position of "neither touch". Therefore, if private colleges and universities want to be in a dominant position in the talent competition with public colleges and universities and enterprises, it is urgent to establish a set of incentive mechanism based on the actual situation of private colleges and universities.
