This paper discusses the construction and implementation of an enterprise practice system for teachers in vocational colleges and universities, which promotes their professional development by improving their practice ability. By analyzing the accumulation of experience and the improvement of teaching ability of teachers in vocational colleges and universities in enterprise practice, this paper proposes a systematic enterprise practice management system and details the three-phase process of assessing the results of enterprise practice. The system not only provides a standardized way for teachers to practice, but also links enterprise practice with teachers' salary through a strict result evaluation system, which motivates teachers to actively participate in practice. The study shows that the integration of industry and education is an important path for the development of vocational education, and the promotion of teachers' participation in enterprise practice helps to improve the quality of vocational education teaching and promotes the synchronous development of school-enterprise cooperation and teachers' vocational ability.
