根系形態的分形探討

Fractal Approach of Plant Root Morphology

摘要


植物根系是一個不規則隨機分布的結構體系。由於根系發育的複雜性,在歐氏幾何中是很難對其作定量描述的。為了探討定量描述系形態的方法,本文從分形的角度研究了植物根系統的複雜形態特徵。首先通過量綱分析方法對Mandelbrot的分形曲線模型的基本形式進行了理論分析,確立了模型的物理意義。然後基於實驗的可操作性,建立了根系分形度量的應用模型。並依據模型探討了冬小麥根系在不同生育階段、不同水分環境和不同根系深度的分形特徵。

Plant root system is of irregular and stochastic distribution. Because of its complex development, it is difficult to describe by Euclidean geometry theory. For approaching a way of quantitative description of root morphology, the complex morphology of plant root system was studied by using fractal theory in the paper. The basic form of Mandelbrot's fractal curve model was analyzed and the physical meaning of the model was determined also by means of the dimensional analysis method firstly. Then an applied model that is easy to measure root fractal in practice was proposed. The root fractal characteristics of winter wheat in the different growth stages, soil moisture and rooing depth were discussed using the model finally.
