摘要

美國媒體《Politico》獨家取得在法院內部流傳的大法官主流意見書草案，透漏最高法院有意推翻1973年「羅訴韋德案」將墮胎合法化的決定。從政治角度來看，這樣的決定將構成對社會政策的重大改變和女權的倒退嚕。本文的目的是提供有關墮胎的爭議與合法化的理由，使非預期受孕的婦女，能擁有盡早和必要時的墮胎權利與醫療保護。

The document, exclusively published by Politico, suggests the Supreme Court of the United States is poised to strike down the landmark Roe v. Wade decision in 1973. Such a decision, in political terms, would amount to the imposition of a major change in social policy and women's rights moving backwards. The aim of this paper is to provide a panoramic view of the abortion debate and legalization, so that everyone with an unwanted pregnancy who seeks an abortion should protect women's health and their human rights, as early as possible and as late as necessary.
