摘要

歐洲議會的第十次公民直選在2024年6月於歐洲各地舉行。此次的選舉，中間左派與綠黨失去不少選票與議席；然而右派，尤其是民粹右派，卻取得明顯的進步。此次的右轉選舉可能造成歐盟在制定環境、貿易或外交等領域的政策時，有著明顯的改變。此次的2024年歐洲議會選舉，不只在歐洲，也是世界所關注的議題議。本文以文獻分析法說明此次的選舉，特別是右派的崛起及其影響。

The tenth direct election for the European Parliament took place on June 2024 across Europe. In this election, the centre-left and green parties lost a lot of votes and seats, but the right wing, particularly the populist radical right parties, made a clear increase. The right turn election may have significant changes for the European Union to make policies in the fields of environment, trade, foreign and so on. The 2024 European Parliament election, therefore, has become an issue of concern not only in Europe but also in the world. This paper intends to introduce this election, particularly the rise of the right wing and its influences.
