摘要


心智訓練是藉由心理學的技巧來幫助運動員提升個人訓練過程的成長,降低身體焦慮及增進運動表現,以及讓運動員在競賽中不受任何因素影響,使運動員能保持最佳狀態發揮優異的表現。羽球雙打比賽的進行都是從發球開始,發球在羽球雙打比賽中具相當重要性,一個好的發球得以破壞對方的攻擊策略甚至直接得分;相反的,如果發球破壞力不足會使我方在防守難度提高,甚至因發球失誤而直接失分,尤其在比分拉鋸或是決勝局的發球更為關鍵,而球員在當下的心理狀態與抗壓性都可能直接影響到他的運動表現,因此可透過系統性的心智訓練提升羽球運動員的整體心理能力,降低身體焦慮及增進運動表現的心智訓練技巧,建議羽球教練可多安排心智訓練課程於平日訓練計畫中,能使選手熟練心智技巧提高心理抗壓能力水準,並於訓練或比賽中適時發揮心智的心理能力改善運動表現。
