「臺中陶」策略發展－以大臺中地區之現代陶藝文史研究為例
The Strategic Development of ＂Taichung Ceramics＂: Taking the Investigation on Modern Ceramics History in Taichung Area for Example
摘要
台灣整體工藝發展以陶藝最具顯著成效，為了解各地區之發展情形，有必要分區進行調查分析，並作深入之探討。本研究蒐集臺中市陶藝發展文史資料，包括創作、展覽、競賽、典藏，教學及推廣活動等，再以焦點團體邀請產官學研專家，提供本調查研究之方向與意見，並評選「臺中重要陶藝家」，以進行田野調查訪談。根據16位專家及69位重要陶藝家之調查與訪談內容，進行編碼、分析、歸納，整理出臺中陶藝發展現況，包括優勢、特色，待加強與改進之缺失等，並歸結出研究發展與建議。最後嘗試提出SWOT分析，以及「臺中陶藝發展計畫」之在地性思考與策略展望，希望能夠為臺中陶藝發展提出先期之政策規劃構想，以利後續研究，及未來發展之實踐導向。

Among craft, ceramics is highly developed recently in Taiwan, and achieved the most significant results. To understand the development of each region, it is necessary to investigate and analyze the districts and conduct in-depth discussions. In this study, cultural and historical data of ceramics development in Taichung, including artworks, exhibitions, contests, collections, as well as educational and promotional activities, were collected. Experts from the government, industry, and academia were invited for focus group interview from which their comments and opinions serve as guidance for this study. Key local ceramists in Taichung were selected for field investigation. In summary, the interviews with 16 experts and 69 key local ceramists were coded, compiled, and analyzed with sort out ＂Taichung ceramics development advantages and characteristics＂, moreover deficiencies in the current status of ceramics development in Taichung were identified and further improvement were proposed, research findings and suggestions. Lastly was applied to provide a SWOT analysiss and trategic thinking and prospects from a local perspective so as to promote ＂The Development Program of Taichung Ceramics＂. Hopefully this study makes a contribution to the early planning phase of the Taichung Ceramics Development Project and facilitates its implementation.
