室內設計平面圖對家庭關係的影響－以廚房為例

摘要
室內設計是一種理性與感性結合的創作，其目的為加強生活品質，滿足使用者心理及生理方面的舒適程度，提升全方面效率以達到自我實現與精進。室內設計反映出使用者生活模式與習慣，研究者本身從事室內設計二十餘年，在設計諮詢過程中觀察及訪談使用者（業主）發現，室內設計可以顯示目前使用者的生活方式及習慣。設計師在替業主量身打造一個家的同時，除了依照使用者需求外，透過改變室內設計則可以改變生活方式與習慣、增加生活儀式感並提高生活品質，間接促進家庭關係及增進人際關係。研究者與使用者（業主）訪談過程中發現，有時候生活習慣不是因為使用者喜歡或是真正的習慣，大部分是來自於沒有妥善的空間規劃及環境，於是將就接受並生活其中，透過完善的室內設計可以進一步改善及提升原有生活品質。家庭是個人生活的基礎，個人行為可以反映出家庭環境與家庭關係。家庭環境與室內空間很廣泛，本研究以室內設計針對相同格局，利用改變廚房平面設計圖來探討個人與家庭的關係。研究方法透過實際案例分析、業主訪談、文獻探討方式分析室內設計對家庭關係之影響。

Interior design is a combination of rationality and sensibility. Its purpose is to enhance the quality of life, satisfy the psychological and physical comfort of users, and improve all aspects of efficiency to achieve self-realization and improvement. Interior design reflects the living patterns and habits of users. The researchers themselves have been engaged in interior design for more than 20 years. During the design consultation process, they observed and interviewed users (owners) and found that interior design can reveal the current lifestyles and habits of users. While designing a tailor-made home for the owner, in addition to following the needs of the user, by changing the interior design, it can change the lifestyle and habits, increase the sense of ritual and improve the quality of life, and indirectly promote family relationships and interpersonal relationships. During interviews with users (owners), researchers found that sometimes living habits are not because users like or real habits, but most of them come from the lack of good space planning and environment, so they will accept and live in them. Perfect interior design can further improve and enhance the original quality of life. Family is the foundation of individual life, and individual behavior can reflect family environment and family relationships. The family environment and interior space are very broad. This study uses interior design to target the same pattern and uses changing kitchen floor plans to explore the relationship between individuals and families. Research methods The impact of interior design on family relationships is analyzed through actual case studies, owner interviews, and literature discussions.
