在後疫情時代,講求的是精度、速度、準度,室內裝修業在國家的多變政策下求生存,工地案場情況多變,隨時都有新冠病毒確診、接觸等停工的疑慮,實況立即反應,確保施工品質及爭取時間,保持順暢如期完成已為重要的課題。系統家具從製造廠商的角度來看,傳統規格化的產品比例已屬少量,依照需求客製化生產已是大宗主流,本研究採用田野調查法,針對廠方系統家具的設計、對圖,到生產端的材料選擇、生產流程、作業人員配置、堆放出貨及現場組裝等程序進行探討,品質管理的關鍵因素,研究發現:系統家具的品質管理關鍵因素包括:設計規劃的圖面拆單,材料庫存的情況,板材加工生產,成型板料的運送,現場的施工組裝,從探討降低運送的耗損,材料的再利用及杜絕資源浪費,減少組裝施工現場的補料,提升廠方及裝修產業鏈的流暢要素。
In the post-epidemic era, precision, speed and accuracy are important. The interior decoration industry is struggling to survive under the changing policies of the state, and the situation on site is ever changing. From a manufacturer's point of view, the proportion of traditional standardised products is now small, and customised production is now the mainstream of the demand. The study found that the key factors of quality management for system furniture include: the design and planning of the drawing splitting order, the situation of the material stock, the processing and production of the panels, the delivery of the formed panels and the on-site construction and assembly.
