While the classification of the four bibliographic categories of classical bibliography was consolidated from the Sui Tang dynasties to the Song dynasties, the way in which bibliography for the interpretation of titles was written changed from a focus on the introduction of authors to the evaluation of books. The Northern Song Dynasty's official cataloguing of the Chongwen Zong Mu not only had a profound influence on the Southern Song Dynasty's cataloguing of the Zhongxing Guange Shu Mu, but also Influenced the writing of the interpretation of the titles of the Junzhai Dushu Zhi. The editing of the Song dynasty catalogues not only followed the editorial approach of the Chongwen Zong Mu, but also appeared to directly paraphrase its contents to enhance the illustration of the scholarly value of the books.
