摘要

福德正神（大伯公）信仰，是马来西亚华人重要的神祇信仰，以供奉福德正神（大伯公）为主的庙宇遍布马来西亚。大山脚福德正神庙（又称玄天庙）最有代表性，其奉祀的主神是玄天上帝，左侧奉祀谭公爷，右侧奉祀福德正神大伯公。其建立及历史沿革，建筑模式及特点、理事会的组织与管理、庆典活动及社会功能的形成与发展，揭示了大山脚福德正神庙发展过程，对于增强当地华人族群生存的凝聚力、协调内部关系、促进共同发展具有重要意义。

The beliefs of the Fu De Zheng Shen is an important deity belief of the Chinese in Malaysia which dedicated to the worship of Da Bo Gong in all over Malaysia. Fu De Zheng Shen Temple (also known as Xuantian Temple) in Bukit Mertajam, is the most significant representation in Malayisa. Its main deity is Xuantian God, on the left side is God Tan Gong Ye, and on the right is the God Da Bo Gong. Its establishment and historical evolution revealed the localization process of Malaysian Chinese which includes: the architectural characteristics of the temple; the organization and management of the council; the formation and development of ceremonies and social functions of the faith. It plays a vital role in strengthening the survival of Chinese ethnic groups and coordinates the internal relations among Chinese in Bukit Mertajam.
