摘要

目的：探討橄欖橋腦小腦萎縮（OPCA）的臨床表現和MRI診斷價值。方法：回顧性分析8例經臨床及MRI證實的OPCA病例。結果：8例患者均為散發病例，磁共振成像（Magnetic Resonance Imaging，MRI）均表現為腦干及小腦萎縮，6例在T2加權像上橋腦可見“十字征”。結論：OPCA在MRI表現上有一定特徵性，中老年人如出現小腦共濟失調或錐體外系癥狀，應盡早做MR檢查以排除OPCA。

Objective: To evaluate the clinical features and MRI value in the diagnosis of olivopontocerebellar atrophy (OPCA). Methods: 8 cases OPCA confirmed by clinic and MRI were reviewed. Results: All patients were sporadic cases. Images of all cases showed atrophy of the brainstem and cerebellar hemisphere. The basis pontine "cross sign" were found in 6 Cases on T2 weighted images. Conclusion: The possibility of OPCA should be exclude by early MRI in patients presenting with cerebellar ataxia or extrapyramidal symptoms.
