摘要

目的：觀察採用4與6枚種植體即刻負重修復無牙頜的效果。方法：31例患者根據無牙頜的骨量植入4枚或6枚種植體，術後即刻負重，觀察種植體成功率、種植體周邊緣骨喪失。結果：31例患者共植入160枚種植體。4枚種植體組種植體累積存活率為100%，6枚種植體組種植體累積存活率為98.1%。結論：兩種即刻負重修復無牙頜方案的中期效果良好。

Objective: To explore the result of immediate loading of edentulous jaws with four or six implant. Methods: Thirty-one patients received either four (13) or six (18) immediately loaded implants to support a fixed dental prosthesis. Outcome measures included survival rates of implants and peri-implant marginal bone loss. Results: A total of 160 implants were inserted. The 6 year survival rates of implants for four and six implant groups were 100% and 98.1% respectively. Conclusion: Both approaches are reliable treatment options for the rehabilitation of completely edentulous patients in the medium term.
