摘要

目的：初步分析經本院診治社區獲得性肺炎的概况。方法：收集2010～2014年的CAP共3155例，隨機抽取706例的臨床資料作分析。結果：患病的男女比例相若，低溫和氣溫驟變時為CAP的好發時節，老年人的住院時間較長、死亡率較高。結論：老年的CAP患者值得關注。

Objective: Preliminary analysis the diagnosis and treatment of CAP. Methods: Clinical data of 706 cases were randomly selected from 2010 to 2014, a total of 3155 cases of CAP for analysis. Results: Incidence was same between men and women. Predilection season of CAP were at the period of low temperatures and sudden changes in temperature. Elderly patient had longer hospital stays and higher mortality rate. Conclusion: Elderly CAP patient should be more concern.
