摘要

目的：評價澳門鏡湖醫院口腔科根管治療（RCT）質量。方法：隨機選擇2014年1月～2014年12月在澳門鏡湖醫院口腔科門診完成恒牙RCT的1153顆患牙為研究對象，分析RCT質量及療程情況。結果：1153顆患牙RCT的恰充率為93.41%，欠充率為3.47%，超充率為3.12%，平均療程為4.8週。結論：2014年澳門鏡湖醫院口腔科RCT質量較好，但RCT療程需進一步縮短。

Objective: To evaluate the clinical quality of root canal therapy (RCT) in Kiang Wu Hospital. Methods: 1153 RCT cases from January 2014 to December 2014 in Kiang Wu Hospital were randomly selected. Root canal filling quality and treatment period were evaluated. Results: The ratios of adequate filling, underfilling and overfilling were 93.41%, 3.47% and 3.12% respectively. Average RCT treatment period was 4.8 weeks. Conclusion: Clinical RCT level of Kiang Wu Hospital was satisfactory in 2014, but the RCT procedures need to be shortened in the future.
