帶張力的刃厚皮片網格植皮結合持續封閉負壓引流治療皮膚缺損

摘要


目的:探討帶張力的刃厚皮片網格植皮結合持續封閉負壓引流治療皮膚缺損的臨床效果。方法:7例四肢皮膚缺損創面應用帶張力的刃厚皮片網格植皮技術結合持續封閉負壓引流技術治療,觀察其療效。結果:術後2週,網格皮片植皮成活率為98%~100%;皮片網格間創面上皮覆蓋爬行時間約為術後20天~35天;跨關節的網格植皮無索狀疤痕,關節活動範圍基本恢復正常。結論:帶張力的刃厚皮片網格植皮技術結合持續封閉負壓引流技術治療皮膚缺損,提高了植皮皮片的利用率和成活率。

Objective: To study the efficacy of tensional mesh skin graft combined with vacuum assisted closure technique for treatment of skin defect Methods: 7 cases of skin defect of limb treated with tensional mesh skin graft combined with vacuum-assisted closure technique. Results: Survival rate of skin graft was 98%-100% at 2 weeks. Resurfacing wound within meshes in 20-35 days. Mobilization of joint were recovery without straight scar. Conclusion: Tensional mesh skin graft combined with vacuum assisted closure technique improved the utilization rate and survival rate of skin graft.
