摘要

目的：探討Zero-p內固定系統在頸椎前路手術的臨床療效。方法：2010年12月～2012年6月，本科採用Zero-p頸椎前路椎間融合器行ACDF術治療頸椎病患者6例，男性5例，女性1例，年齡42歲～72歲，平均年齡56歲，本組中有1例行雙節段Zero-p內固定術。結果：單節段手術時間為（80±20）min，1例雙節段手術時間為130min，術中出血量100～150ml（平均120ml），6例均無吞咽困難。隨訪時間為12～18個月，平均15個月，術後5例獲得滿意的臨床癥狀和神經功能改善，1例不滿意，6例均無吞咽困難。結論：Zero-p內固定系統操作簡單，手術時間短，術中出血量少，術後吞咽困難發生率較低，早期臨床療效滿意。

Objective: To study the clinical outcome of Zero-p internal fixation and fusion System for anterior cervical spine surgery. Methods: 6 patients in which 5 men and 1 woman age ranging from 42 to 72 years with mean age of 56 years underwent Zero-p implantation ACDF procedure from December 2010 to June 2012. 1 patient underwent bisegmental Zero-p fixation surgery and others with monosegmental operation. Results: The operation time were (80±20) minutes in patients operated with monosegmental, 130 minutes with bisegmental. The intraoperative blood loss was 100-150ml (a mean of 120ml). All the cases were follow-up for 12 to 18 months with an average of 13 months. 5 cases had a satisfied neurologic outcome improvement, 1 case complained ambulation dysfunction. All cases didn't suffer from dysphagia after operation. Conclusion: Zero-p internal fixation and fusion system is easy to operate with low complication rates, and has an excellent early clinical outcome.
