從原型理論探討藝術圖卡的應用＿以「很角色」為例

摘要
目前在心理諮商型治療對於藝術圖卡應用的方式逐漸在業界受到重視,其中有副牌卡是由心理學家卡洛琳密絲女士（Caroline Myss）即以榮格的「原型」概念為基礎，依據理論及特質上去創造出一副叫「原型卡」的圖卡，她將這副牌應用在心理治療有多年累積的成效，近年來也有許多對此領域有高度涉略的專業人士也依據這副牌卡的原理去做現代各種應用藝術圖卡的延伸創作。其中「很角色」這副牌卡便是以原型理論及馬雅生日圖騰系統去做融合，以「天賦特質」為主題去設計的藝術圖卡。以下研究將以「很角色」透過專家訪談法歸納出其設計原理及使用經驗做一個結果分析。經過專家訪談結果可得知以原型理論為基礎的「很角色」因以人格角色特質與職業命名做整合，描述方式更簡單明瞭、更好入門，因此這副牌卡不僅可應用在心理諮商，由於每張牌該角色與職業有密切關係，同樣也能適用於求職中心、生涯規劃等領域上做輔助的使用。

At present, the way of applying art chart cards in psychological counseling therapy is gradually gaining attention in the industry. There is a deck of cards that was created by the psychologist Miss Caroline Myss based on Jung's concept of "Archetypal Psychology" and based on theory and characteristics, called "Archetype Cards" was created. She has used this deck of cards in psychotherapy for many years and has accumulated results. In recent years, many professionals who have a high level of experience in this field have also used the principles of this deck to create extensions of modern applied art graphics cards. The study will use "Very Role" to summarize its design principles and use experience through expert interviews to make a result analysis. According to the results of expert interviews, it can be learned that the "Very Role" based on the prototype theory is integrated with personality role characteristics and professional naming, and the description method is simpler and clearer, and it is easier to get started. Therefore, this deck of cards can not only be used in psychological counseling, it can also be used as an auxiliary in the job hunting center, career planning and other fields.
