文化因素介入醫藥袋之繪圖文字造形表現研究
Cultural Factors Involved in the Expression of Pictograms in Medicine Bags
摘要
醫藥袋除了文字標示說明，更可以透過繪圖文字的呈現與引導，提供用藥者多方獲取服藥指示及有效維繫用藥安全。而醫藥袋繪圖文字資訊傳遞清晰與否受許多因素影響，文化便為其中一個影響要素，但國內目前卻較少針對文化因素介入與否進行研究，臺灣現行之醫藥袋繪圖文字亦多為通用繪圖文字，並未針對族群介入文化因素。為探究文化因素介入於醫藥袋繪圖文字之情形，本研究先經由探討美國藥典、日本藥物合理使用協會以及國際藥學會教育與研究基金會之三大世界性組織所開發之醫藥袋繪圖文字進行醫藥袋繪圖文字型態彙整與分析，同時比較國際藥學會教育與研究基金會所開發之不同文化因素介入之醫藥袋繪圖文字造型表現設計差異，以了解文化因素介入圖像表現情形以及醫藥袋繪圖文字圖像型態差異。提供後續為文化因素介入之臺灣醫藥袋繪圖文字設計建構的參考，以貼近用藥者文化及生活，達到有效協助用藥者以較低的認知負荷接收醫療資訊。

In addition to the text description, the medicine bag can also be guided by pictograms to provide the user to obtain the medicine and effectively maintain the safety of the medicine. Many factors affect the clearness of the information transmission of the medical bag pictogram, and culture is one of the influencing factors. However, there are few studies on cultural factors in Taiwan. The pictogram of the medical bags currently used is also general and does not involve cultural factors. To explore the cultural factors involved in the medical bag pictogram, this study explored the types of medical bags developed by the three world organizations of the United States Pharmacopoeia, the RAD-AR Council of Japan, and the FIP Foundation for Education and Research. Conclude and compare the differences in the graphic design performance of the pictogram of different cultural factors developed by the FIP Foundation for Education and Research, to understand the cultural factors involved in the pictogram performance. Provide a reference for the subsequent establishment of the pictogram design of Taiwan medical bags to effectively help users to obtain information on maintaining medication safety and autonomous care with a better cognitive history.
