智能化领导力是增强人工智能教育应用与服务能力的关键抓手,校长智能化领导力是适应智能社会发展需求、服务学校智能化建设与创新发展的时代产物,也是人工智能技术融入教育进阶历程的新型领导力。为进一步探索中小学校长智能化领导力的发展水平,亟待立足于中小学人工智能教育有效推进的实践视角,阐释校长智能化领导力的内涵特征,构建由技术力和领导力融合而成的校长智能化领导力能力框架,并依托能力框架,开展中小学校长的整体水平、差异化表现以及实践进程中的现实障碍和努力方向等聚类分析,以厘清校长智能化领导力的提升路径,从而有效指导学校的人工智能教育实践。基于225位中小学校长为调查对象,并系统分析校长智能化领导力的整体水平、不同人口学因素的差异表现以及领导进程中实践障碍和努力方向等现状的研究表明,校长智能化领导力的整体水平表现为:智能应用组织力>智能引领洞察力>智能应用规划力>智能应用评估力>智教深融反思力>智能发展推进力;不同性别、年龄、学历、工作年限、学校类型的中小学校长,其智能化领导力虽存在差异化表现,但未能达到显著性差异水平。該聚类结果表明了校长智能化领导力实践进路的优化方向:改进技术心智模式,激发校长人工智能技术力的创新;优化组织管理效能,促进校长人工智能领导力的规范;运用角色嬗变策略,创设分布式领导的智能实践样态;打造高位引领机制,保障智能化领导力的教练式发展。
Intelligent leadership is the key starting point to enhance the application and service ability of artificial intelligence education. Principal intelligent leadership is the product of The Times to meet the development needs of intelligent society and serve the intelligent construction and innovative development of schools. It is also a new leadership of artificial intelligence technology into the advanced process of education. In order to further explore the development level of intelligent leadership of primary and secondary school principals, based on the practical perspective of effective promotion of artificial intelligence education in primary and secondary schools, this paper explains the connotation of intelligent leadership of principals, constructs the ability framework of intelligent leadership of principals, which is composed of technology ability and leadership ability. Based on the ability framework, cluster analysis was carried out on the overall level, differentiated performance, practical obstacles and efforts in the process of practice of primary and secondary school principals, so as to clarify the path of improving the intelligent leadership of principals, and effectively guide the practice of artificial intelligence education in schools. Through the investigation of 225 primary and secondary school principals, the overall level of intelligent leadership of principals, the differential performance of different demographic factors, and the practical obstacles and efforts in the leadership process are systematically analyzed. The research shows that the overall level of intelligent leadership of principals: Intelligent application organization > Intelligent leading insight > Intelligent application planning > Intelligent application evaluation > intelligent education deep reflection > intelligent development promotion; although there are differences in the intelligent leadership of primary and secondary school principals with different gender, age, education background, working years and school type, they fail to reach the level of significant difference. The clustering results also point out the optimization direction of the practice of intelligent leadership of principals: improve the technological mental model, stimulate the innovation of artificial intelligence technology power of principals; Optimize the efficiency of organization management and promote the norms of artificial intelligence leadership of principals; Using the role transmutation strategy to create the intelligent practice pattern of distributed leadership; Build a high-level leading mechanism to guarantee the coaching development of intelligent leadership.
