数智时代人机协同教学的决策机制研究

A Study on the Decision-Making Mechanism of Human-AI Collaborative Teaching in the Era of Digital Intelligence

摘要


人机协同教学是数智时代的典型教学范式,但因协同决策机制的缺失,其创新发展不尽如人意。针对这一问题,在解析各阶段人机协同教学理念及其决策样态的基础上,结合人机优势互补原则,构建了能够处理不同复杂度教学事务、兼容教师不同程度参与的人机协同教学决策机制,包括业务逻辑连贯的教学事务的复杂度判定机制、人机协同决策的分流机制以及三条人机协同的教学决策路径。三条路径分别为:教师辅助人工智能(AI)进行决策的数据驱动协同路径、教师与Al在决策过程中相互配合以生成决策的数据启发协同路径以及教师统筹安排部分任务给Al决策的设计驱动协同路径。研究成果有助于业界同仁理解人机协同教学的底层机理,并能够为人机协同教学的本地化实践与优化提供有价值的参考。

Human-AI collaborative teaching has emerged as a prominent instructional paradigm in the era of digital intelligence. However, its innovative development has been constrained by the lack of a well-structured decision-making mechanism. To address this issue, the present study explores the conceptual evolution and decision-making patterns of human-AI collaboration in teaching across various stages. Drawing on the principle of human-AI complementarity, the study proposes a comprehensive decision-making mechanism framework that supports varying levels of teacher involvement and accommodates teaching tasks of differing complexities. The mechanism comprises three core components: a complexity assessment framework for instructional tasks based on coherent operational logic; a task-routing system for distributing decision-making responsibilities between humans and AI; and three distinct collaborative decision-making pathways. These pathways include: (1) a data-driven pathway, in which teachers support AI in making decisions; (2) a data-informed pathway, where teachers and AI jointly engage in the decision-making process; and (3) a design-driven pathway, in which teachers assign specific tasks to AI for autonomous decision-making. The findings contribute to a deeper understanding of the underlying mechanisms of human-AI collaborative teaching and offer valuable insights for its contextualized implementation and refinement.
