摘要

Based on the theoretical model of AIDMA, a home residence management system with the Internet sensor function is built. Consumers use the AISAS Smart Things network management system, environmental awareness, control and security detection system. Quick online purchase of accommodation dates and room types, successful online ordering of featured IoT (Internet of Things) and B&B (Bed and breakfast) products, emphasizing the convenience and features of online transactions.
