The holistic education concept of Taoist education has gradually received attention in Taoist education. Although it has been implemented for more than decades, it has been hampered by the different definitions of "teaching materials" in various temples, insufficient and lazy teachers who are "suitable for teaching". Mentality, resulting in high ideals but inability to implement them into slogans. Therefore, in order to improve long-standing problems, how to establish a Taoist education model that is "suitable for students" and "suitable for teaching" is the main purpose of this study. In the first stage of this study, 100 subjects of Taoist education were selected through expert discussions. In the second stage, 24 believers were invited to use the expert weighting method to evaluate the top 20 "suitable" subjects. In the third stage, 10 Taoist education experts were invited to use the expert weighting method evaluation model. Based on the "importance score" of each evaluated course, as the basis for the efficiency evaluation of each evaluated course, 15 "appropriate" courses were selected. "Teach" subjects. During the research process, six more experts were invited to discuss and propose three additional business management courses: "Information and Technology", "Operations Research and Development", and "Human Resources Management". As a ranking of high and low efficiency evaluation of each subject being evaluated. The model proposed through this study has been able to select the "appropriate material" teaching subjects expected by Taoist believers; it is in line with the "appropriate teaching" recommended by Taoist education experts. In order not to bias the research towards "quantification", some experts in the "expert interviews" conducted in this study suggested that some teaching courses related to business management should be added. It can provide the best basis for curriculum planning for Taoist education centers in various palaces and temples.
