近年來隨著科技的發展,穿戴裝置與人工智慧已經開始在游泳訓練中發揮作用。這些技術不僅可以分析運動員的動作技術、評估運動表現,還可以預防傷害和提高訓練效率。本文目的希冀將穿戴裝置與人工智慧融入游泳訓練,以提升訓練效率與運動表現。透過搜尋PubMed、Google學術搜尋與華藝圖書館等資料庫,以文獻回顧方式來探討與整理穿戴裝置與人工智慧導入游泳訓練的研究與應用發展情形。經回顧後發現,近年來穿戴慣性測量單元(IMU)在游泳研究中的應用有正面的效益,可以提供關於游泳者運動特徵的可靠資訊,並已有利用人工智慧的機器學習技術做為辨別判讀的相關實證研究。本文獻回顧除了解現今科技的進步外,並反思目前仍有人工智慧尚無法取代的部分,期望未來人工智慧與穿戴裝置結合的技術更加深入應用於游泳運動領域,提供更詳細的動作分析、技術指導和訓練策略,成為訓練中更好的助力。
In recent years, with the advancement of technology, wearable devices and artificial intelligence (AI) have begun to play significant roles in swimming training. These technologies not only analyze athletes' movement techniques and evaluate performance but also prevent injuries and enhance training efficiency. This paper aims to integrate wearable devices and AI into swim training to improve training effectiveness and athletic performance. Through a literature review conducted using databases such as PubMed, Google Scholar, and the Airiti Library, this study explores and organizes research and applications of introducing wearable devices and AI into swim training. The review finds that recent applications of Inertial Measurement Unit (IMU) in swim research have been beneficial, providing reliable information about swimmers' movement characteristics, with empirical studies already utilizing machine learning techniques of AI for data interpretation. Beyond understanding the progress of current technology, this review also reflects on aspects where AI still cannot replace human input. It is anticipated that future integration of AI with wearable technology will delve deeper into the realm of swimming sports, offering more detailed motion analysis, technical guidance, and training strategies, thus becoming a more effective tool in training enhancement.
