This study focuses on exploring how e-commerce can promote the integrated development of tea culture and tourism in Wuyishan, Fujian Province. Porter's diamond model theory is applied to analyze the current situation of the e-commerce model for the synergistic development of tea and tourism in Wuyi Mountain, and to explore the role of e-commerce in the dissemination of tea culture, the innovation of tea tourism products, and how e-commerce can effectively promote the synergistic growth of tea culture and tourism. Finally, in view of the existing problems and challenges, optimization strategies and suggestions are put forward to promote the e-commerce model of tea tourism synergistic development in a more efficient and sustainable direction. This study applies Porter's diamond model theory to the actual case of tea culture tourism and ecommerce integration and development, providing a new perspective and practical guidance for the development of related industries.
