文言童話集《時諧》故事溯源及研究現況討論
A Discussion on the Origin of the Stories in the Collection of Classical Chinese Fairy Tales "Shih Hsieh" and the Research Status
摘要
《東方雜誌》於1909年到1910年間連載短篇小說系列：時諧，分成19期共刊登56則故事，1915年上海商務印書館將其集結成《時諧》一書，分成上下卷出版。其中至少有53則來自《格林童話》的故事。雖未將210則故事完整翻譯，但於1934年魏以新中譯本《格林童話全集》出版前，《時諧》確為早期收錄最多則《格林童話》中譯故事之著作。然綜觀研究現狀，論及此書之者寡，且無研究《時諧》之專著。為究其原因，本文擬從《時諧》故事整理及比對出發，釐清《時諧》翻譯所依據之原文文本，再逐一與《格林童話》故事作校讎對比。並交叉對照不同版本的《格林童話》中譯本，兼之參考2019年出版的《格林童話初版全集全註解本》，此書整理1812、1815年格林兄弟出版的《格林童話》最初版本，且收錄許多現今版本已刪除之故事。筆者將交叉對比後整理出《時諧》收錄故事所對應的《格林童話》故事。第二部分將就《時諧》的研究現況作梳理，整理相關研究文獻，探討目前學界對此書的研究成果，並分為三部分討論為何《時諧》作為早期收錄了至少53則《格林童話》故事之中譯本，討論度卻不高的原因。盼此論文能為《時諧》相關研究作出貢獻。

"Oriental Magazine" began to serialize the series of short stories "Shih Hsieh". From 1909 to 1910, "Oriental Magazine" was divided into 19 serials, combined into 56 stories. It wasn't until 1915 that the Shanghai Commercial Press assembled it into the book "Shih Hsieh", which was published in two volumes, and at least 53 stories were from "The Grimm's Fairy Tales". First, this paper clarifies the original text that this Chinese translation refers to, compares the similarities and differences between the original text and "Shih Hsieh". Secondly, this paper makes a comparison with Grimm's Fairy Tales one by one, and then cross-compares different versions of Grimm's Fairy Tales in Chinese. At the same time, reference will be made to the "Complete Annotated Edition of the First Edition of Grimm's Fairy Tales". The book, published in 2019, is a compilation of the original Grimm Fairy Tales published by the Brothers Grimm in 1812 and 1815, which is closer to the original Grimm Fairy Tales and includes many stories that have been deleted from today's editions. In this paper, we will find out what the original translation of the book is, and sort out the corresponding stories of Grimm's Fairy Tales, as well as whether there are any changes in order to better understand "Shih Hsieh". This paper will sort out the research status of the book "Shih Hsieh", summarize the relevant research literature, and discuss the current academic research results of the book. This will be divided into four parts to discuss the reasons why "Shih Hsieh", as an early collection of at least 53 translations of Grimm's Fairy Tales, is not well discussed.
