春秋是群雄爭霸的時代，其中晉、楚爭霸持續最久，影響最大。而在晉、楚爭霸間，對鄭、宋的爭奪又最為激烈，兩國介居大國之間，其悲劇性的處境是極具有代表性的。有人對兩國的特性做出「鄭昭宋聾」的評價，這是否也可以概括鄭、宋外交上的特點？在以往對鄭、宋的研究中，多單獨探討，較少將兩國放在一起比較分析。而在外交策略的研究上，對宋國比較薄弱，對鄭國則多將目光投注在魯襄公、昭公時子產的作為。因此本文以《左傳》魯宣公、成公時期鄭、宋外交之比較為題，欲更透徹比較分析兩國在外交上的不同表現，并嘗試找出其中原因。本文分為三大部分，第一部分是對宣公、成公時，鄭、宋處境與兩國關係的說明，第二部分是對兩國外交策略的具體分析，第三部分是對比分析兩國外交策略，并嘗試找出其根本原因。

Therefore, this article takes the comparison of Zheng and Song state's diplomacy between Lu Xuan Gong and Lu Cheng Gong period in the Zuo Commentary. I want to make a more thorough analysis of the different diplomatic performances between the two countries, And try to find out the reason.
