This paper explores the standard for constitutional review by the Constitutional Court of Taiwan regarding the ruling made by the Grand Chamber of the Supreme Administrative Court. Firstly, the paper will provide an overview of the system of the Supreme Administrative Court Grand Chamber ruling. Secondly, it will delve into the standard of constitutional review of the court ruling. Considering that Taiwan's system of "Constitutional Review of Judicial Decisions" is relatively new and was established with reference to the German Federal Constitutional Court's "Constitutional Complaint" system, this paper discusses the constitutional review standards and acceptance standards applied by the German Federal Constitutional Court for the constitutional complaints, and based on this, makes recommendations for the Constitutional Court of Taiwan regarding the constitutional review of the ruling made by the Grand Chamber.
