从2017年开始,马来西亚董总教师教育局开始与多个中台师范大学合作,联办教育专业培训课程,加速独中师资专业化的进程。本研究专注探讨自2018年开始在教专课程开办的“自主学习的课程设计”,从10个班,10堂课中,调查397位教师学员对实体和线上课程的满意度,以回答三项研究目的,即调查教师学员对于教专课程的满意度、探讨教师学员对于实体与线上教专课程的满意度,和探讨教师学员对于实体与线上教专课程的满意度是否有显著的差异。研究结果显示教师学员对于教专课程的满意度属于中上,大部分教师学员对于这一个课程都给予极大的肯定;教师学员对于实体课程的满意度比线上课程来得高;教师学员对于实体课程的满意度显著高于线上课程。这个问题在细分之后也发现无论在讲师、课程,以及呈现,都有显著性的差异,即实体课程的实施比线上课程来得好。最后,研究建议董总教师教育局在未来教专课程应以实体课程为主,线上课程为辅。同时,未来独中教师的在职培训需要更重视教学技术培养的部分。对于独中方面的建议是要培养本身的种子教师,能够带动校本的师资专业成长。鼓励教师分享教学成果,建立专业学习社群(Professional learning community),通过教师群体的互相学习,达到最佳的学习成果。而讲师和前线教师也需要自我充实,以便具备上好一堂线上课程的能力。
The Teachers' Education Department of United Chinese School Committees' Association of Malaysia (Dong Zong) has cooperated with several normal universities from China and Taiwan to organise educational professional training courses since 2017 jointly. The purpose of organising these training courses is to accelerate the professionalisation of teachers in independent Chinese schools. This research focuses on the "Course Design of Self-directed Learning", which has been offered in the professional training courses since 2018. From 10 classes and 10 lectures offered, the satisfaction of 397 teachers who participated in physical and online courses was investigated to answer three research objectives. Namely, to examine the satisfaction of teachers for this course, to explore teachers' satisfaction with the physical and online courses, and to identify whether there is a significant difference in teachers' satisfaction with physical and online teaching courses. The research results show that the satisfaction of teachers for the courses is above average, and most teachers give great affirmation to this course; the satisfaction of teachers for the physical courses is higher than that of online courses; and there is significantly higher satisfaction for physical courses than online courses. After subdividing this question, it is also found that there are significant differences for lecturers, courses, and presentations. The implementation of physical courses is better than online courses. Finally, the researcher suggests that the Teachers' Education Department of Dong Zong should focus on physical courses with online courses as a supplement approach. Meanwhile, the on-the-job training of independent Chinese school teachers in the future needs to focus more on teaching technology. The suggestion for independent Chinese schools is to cultivate their trainers, which can drive the professional growth of school-based teachers. Encourage teachers to share teaching works, establish a professional learning community, and achieve the best learning outcomes through cooperation among teachers. Lecturers and frontline teachers also need to be self-fulfilling to have the ability to take a good online course.
