機能性二階段發酵大豆粕對保育仔豬生長性狀與血清抗氧化及免疫調節之影響

Effect of soy peptide hydrolysate on the growth performance, serum antioxidant activity, and immunity of nursery piglets

摘要


本研究旨為飼糧中以二階段發酵大豆粕部分取代飼糧大豆粕,對保育期仔豬之生長、血清生化、抗氧化及免疫調節之影響。試驗以220頭離乳後10日之三品種雜交肉仔豬(藍瑞斯-約克夏-杜洛克(LYD)),逢機分配至玉米-大豆粕基礎飼糧(SBM),以10%及15%取代飼糧之Bacillus velezensis配合Lactobacillus brevis二階段發酵大豆粕(FSBM_(B+L10)、FSBM_(B+L15))、以5%取代飼糧之商業發酵大豆粕I(FSBM_I)、及以10%取代飼糧之商業發酵大豆粕II(FSBM_(II))等5種飼糧處理組,每處理4重複,共計20欄,每欄11頭,試驗期間為28日。結果顯示:FSBM_(B+L10)較SBM有改善飼糧轉換率之趨勢(P>0.05),除FSBM_I外採食量較高(P<0.05)外,其餘組別皆無統計差異(P>0.05)。試驗全期,所有組別之下痢評分皆小於3分,FSBM_(B+L15)在試驗第13至22日、23至27日較第1至12日提升腹瀉率3%。血清抗氧化指標中,與SBM相比,FSBM_(II)之過氧化氫酶(catalase, CAT)活性提升2.93倍,FSBM_(B+L10)提升1.65倍,FSBM_(B+L15) 1.59倍,FSBM_I提升1.07倍。所有處理組相較SBM降低IgA濃度(P<0.05),但FSBM_(B+L10)及FSBM_(B+L15)之細胞腫瘤壞死因子-α(Tumor necrosis factor-α, TNF-α)濃度較SBM分別上升1.88與2.13倍、IgG濃度較SBM分別上升1.45與1.5倍。綜上所述,以B. velezensis配合Lb. brevis行二階段發酵大豆粕,於保育期仔豬飼糧部分取代10%,具備商業化生產之潛力。

This study aims to research the effect of soy peptide hydrolysate on the growth performance, serum antioxidant activity, and immunity of nursery piglets by partially replacing the diet with a two-stage fermented soybean meal in the nursery piglets' diet. In the animal experiment, 220 weaned 10-day old Landrace-Yorkshire-Duroc (LYD) hybrid piglets were randomly divided into corn-soybean meal basal diet (SBM), and partially replaced 10% or 15% of two-stage fermented soybean meal by Bacillus velezensis combined with Lactobacillus brevis (FSBM_(B+L10), FSBM_(B+L15)), and partially replaced with 5% by commercial fermented soybean meal I (FSBM I) and 10% by commercial fermented soybean meal II (FSBM II). There were four replicates per treatment, 11 piglets per replicate, treated for 28 days. The results showed that FSBM_(B+L10) tended to improve the diet conversion rate as compared with SBM (P > 0.05), except for FSBM I, and the feed intake decreased significantly (P < 0.05). During the whole trial period, all groups were less than 3 of diarrhea scores, and FSBM_(B+L15) increased the diarrhea rate by 3% on days 13-22 and days 23- 27 as compared to days 1-12. Among the serum antioxidant indexes, compared with SBM, the catalase (CAT) activity of FSBM_(II) increased by 2.93 times, and FSBM_(B+L10) increased by 1.65 times, while FSBM_(B+L15) increased by 1.59 times and FSBM_I increased by 1.07 times. All treatment groups increased the concentration of IL-10 (P > 0.05) and IgA (P < 0.05) compared with SBM, but the TNF-α concentration of FSBM_(B+L10) and FSBM_(B+L15) were 1.88 and 2.13 times respectively higher than SBM, and the IgG concentration was higher than that of SBM by 1.45 and 1.5 times, respectively. In conclusion, the use of B. velezensis and Lb. brevis for the second-stage fermentation of soybean meal has the potential for commercial production.
