摘要

本文主要自外科學實踐角度，介紹達芬奇手術機器人的構成及技術優勢。並以達芬奇Xi手術機器人為切入點，著重對其在治療泌尿系統發病率最高的三大腫瘤（前列腺癌、膀胱癌和腎癌）中的應用、相關研究結果和進展做一綜述。

From the perspective of surgical practice, the da Vinci robotic system and its relative applications and advantages were introduced. As the key point of this article, recent developments in the application of the da Vinci Xi system for the treatment of the three most common tumors in the urology system (prostate cancer, bladder cancer and renal cancer) were reviewed in detail.
