本院手術器械再處理作業移轉至中央滅菌供應部集中處理後,因拉長工作動線及作業模式的改變,衍生手術器械條碼標籤與器械包盤不符、器械回收時混盤造成清點錯亂,及滅菌條件錯誤等問題,嚴重影響手術器械再處理效率,故藉由專案導入作業流程修訂、增設清洗號碼鐵牌、優化資訊系統及教育訓練等改善措施後,結果:(1)縮短去污區器械清點時間(2)縮短打包區器械與條碼的配對時間(3)降低條碼標籤異常率(4)提升人員整體滿意度等,進而提昇器械再處理的效率。器械再處理集中作業的整合過程,因與原工作流程不盡相同,執行初期必有磨合,需要透過一系列的說明、流程再造等,方能提升作業效率,故藉由本專案發表以為同儕之參考。
The reprocessing of surgical instruments at a hospital in central Taiwan was transferred to the central sterilization supply department for unified processing, which resulted in swing the processing chain and work flow. It had caused problems, such as discrepancy between instrument barcode labels and packaging, recycling chaos confusion in counting instrument and incorrect sterilization conditions, which had a serious impact on the efficiency of reprocessing surgical instruments. Therefore, through this project to revise the operation process, install cleaning number plates, optimize information systems, educational training and other improvement measures, the results were: (1) shortening the equipment inventory time in the decontamination area. (2) shortening the matching time of equipment and barcodes in the packaging area. (3) reducing the abnormal rate of barcode labels. (4) Improve satisfaction of personnel, thereby increasing the efficiency of equipment reprocessing. Because the integration process is not exactly the same as the original workflow, there must be some initial friction. This process requires a series of instructions and process re-establishment to improve operational efficiency, so it is published in this project for reference.
