以SDG7與SDG12探討產品生命週期與環境化設計-以線上教學平台為例

Discuss Product Life Cycle and Design For Environment with SDG7 and SDG12: Using the online teaching platform as an example

摘要


有鑑全球永續發展目標進度已然落後,2030年實現永續發展目標若欲達成,所有利害關係人需要加快行動步伐(OECD,2021),這是全世界共同的責任。本文以SDG 7可負擔的潔淨能源,與SDG 12責任消費和生產的永續發展指標,連結環境化設計(DFE)作為友善環境的核心概念,並整合產品生命週期(PLC)作為創新設計概念主旨。其中永續消費與生產(SCP)是SDG 12的核心,也是具體落實的程序方法,透過產品與服務的使用以滿足基本需求,在帶來更好生活品質的同時,最大限度地減少對全球自然資源的危害,我們可以從自身做起,以減少有毒物質的使用,對於在生命週期中無可避免的排放廢棄物,將汙染危及未來世代(Oslo Symposium,1994),故設計之初就須將此因素納入考量。故本文透過節能與永續消費與生產的目標,提出以環境化設計結合產品生命週期來建立線上教學平台,以符合永續發展的循環模式,以作為產業永續發展的參考依據。

Due to the progress of Sustainable Development Goals has fallen behind, all stakeholders urgently need to accelerate the pace of action to achieve the goals of the Sustainable Development Goals by 2030 (OECD, 2021). This article explores SDG 7 meaning affordable clean energy and SDG 12 is for sustainable development indicators of responsible consumption and production, connects Design for Environment (DFE) as the core concept of a friendly environment, and integrates product life cycle as the theme of innovative design concepts. Among them, sustainable consumption and production (SCP) is the core implementation method of SDG 12. Through use products and services, it can satisfy basic needs and bring a better quality life while minimizing the harm to natural resources and reducing toxic substances. Use of substances to avoid waste pollution emitted during the life cycle endangering future generations (Oslo Symposium, 1994). Therefore, through the goals of energy conservation and sustainable consumption and production, this article proposes to combine environmental design with the product life cycle to comply with the cycle model of sustainable development and serve as a reference for the sustainable development of the industry.
