Authorized leaders can affect the sense of insecurity of work through psychological authorization. 2. Authorized leaders can reduce employees' role pressure at a certain level of layer and negatively affect work insecurity. 3. The fit of the individual-work will also strengthen the positive relationship between the authorized leaders and the psychological authorization of employees, and at the same time, it will also strengthen the negative relationship between the authorized leaders and the pressure of the character.
